Questions customers ask before installation.
Can the GPS drain my vehicle's battery?
No. Power draw is minimal and the device goes to sleep 10 minutes after the vehicle is turned off.
Will this void my vehicle's warranty?
No. The basic install draws power from the battery and does not tap the vehicle's computer or CAN bus. Optional features such as remote shutdown, door unlock or extra sensors have their own wiring, and we walk you through them before quoting.
Where do you install the devices?
At our installation center in Caguas or wherever the vehicle is.
What happens when the contract ends?
Service continues month to month at the same monthly rate.
What technical requirements do I need?
None. Everything runs in a browser or in the CaribeTrack GO app. You only need internet.
What kinds of vehicles can it be installed on?
Light and heavy vehicles, motorcycles, boats, generators and heavy equipment.
